Cancellation Policy
Offline Version
If you signed up for our Offline Version you have 30 days to request a FULL refund. After 30 days there are no refunds. To request your refund please visit our contact page and send us an email.
Trial Version
If you signed up for our Trial Version you have 14 days before the first payment of $123 is processed.
If you wish to cancel your membership you can do so before the 14 days to avoid any processing fees by sending an email to omnigeometry@gmail.com
IMPORTANT: send us an email at least 24hrs before your payment is processed so that we have enough time to see your email. We cannot guarantee your cancellation before payment if you send us an email within 24hrs of your payment being processed and you'll end up paying the late cancellation fee.
We will always reply to your cancellation email and confirm your cancellation. If you do not hear from us within 24hrs please send us another email.
CANCELLATION AFTER 14 DAYS:
If you wish to cancel after 14 days , you'll have an additional 16 days (for a full 30 days) to cancel and process a refund. Please be aware that you'll be charged a late cancellation fee of $20 if you cancel after the 14 days.
CANCELLATION AFTER 30 DAYS:
After 30 days you can cancel and you won't be billed anymore, but you won't be refunded for any installments you have made and you will lose access to OmniGeometry.
PAYMENT FAILURE:
If your payment fails for whatever reason, please be aware that this doesn't constitute a cancellation. Our payment system will attempt to process your payment again at a later date. Please make sure to cancel your subscription to avoid unwanted charges.
CONTINUING YOUR MEMBERSHIP:
If you do not cancel after the 14 days you will be charged $123 once a month for 3 months, for a total of $369. After you've made all 3 payments you won't be charged anymore and you'll gain LIFETIME access to OmniGeometry.
Online Version
When you sign up for the Online Version you will be charged $96 and then $36 every 90 days.
You can cancel your subscription at any time and you won't be charged anymore. When you cancel, at the end of the current period you'll lose access to OmniGeometry.
